Support Project Manager
As a Support Project Manager, you will be the backbone of our day-to-day efficiency, bridging the gap between Operations and the rest of the company.
What You’ll Do
- Own the project management efforts for the support team, ensuring timelines are met and stakeholders are aligned.
- Drive Ops support projects, helping to structure and organize internal company initiatives.
- Maintain accuracy in spreadsheets, CRM tools, databases, and inventories to ensure data integrity.
- Undertake daily PM tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the support team and contribute to improving internal processes, enabling us to work smarter.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support ad-hoc needs and ensure that all team members have the necessary resources to succeed.
- Constantly look for improvements and innovation to processes by proactively bring your own ideas.
- You will filter, prioritize, and assign incoming requests to protect the Ops Assistants’ capacity, ensuring they can focus on quality work without being overloaded.

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in project management roles. Experience in a startup environment is a plus! ⭐
- You are comfortable tracking timelines, following up on tasks, and keeping teams accountable. Experience with PM tools (Notion and ClickUp) is highly desirable.
- You have excellent problem-solving abilities and a knack for details. You don't just see a mess; you know a way to organize it.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills (our primary language). You can clearly articulate project status and needs. ✍️
- You understand that "time" is a finite resource. You can spot when an Ops Assistant is reaching their limit and know how to redistribute the load or push back on deadlines.
- You are proactive, resourceful, and not afraid to ask questions. You have great interpersonal skills and can work well with technical and creative teams.
- A Growth Mindset: You’re eager to learn, improve, and support the team wherever needed. ⛰️
