After the Audit & Infrastructure Assessment, we provide a detailed roadmap with recommendations tailored to your business needs. You can choose to move forward with CloudPilot for continuous monitoring and improvements.

Yes! If you only need an infrastructure audit and an improvement roadmap, you can stop after the assessment phase. However, most customers continue with CloudPilot for ongoing infrastructure optimization.

We deploy Grafana-based dashboards, AWS-native monitoring tools, and conformance packs to track security, performance, and cost optimization. Alerts are shared in a dedicated Slack channel, and our engineers continuously analyze data for improvements.

CloudPilot provides a two-tiered SLA-based support system:

  • Tier 1:
    • 2-hour response time for first-line support.
    • Fixing medium/low-priority issues within 2 weeks.
  • Tier 2:
    • 30-minute response time for business-critical issues.
    • Fixing time depends on the issue’s complexity.

Yes, 24/7 support is available as an add-on service. We provide round-the-clock availability, with critical issues prioritized and a guaranteed 30-minute response time under our Tier 2 SLA.

Low Priority (Non-Critical)

No impact on availability, performance, or end-user experience. Often informational or improvement-related. Examples:

  • Request to update a security group rule that doesn’t affect current traffic
  • General cost optimization questions
  • Review of logging or alert setup
  • Documentation updates or non-urgent IaC changes

Response Time: within 2 business hours

Resolution Time Goal: within 2 calendar weeks or based on complexity and agreement.

 

Medium Priority (Partial Impact / Degraded Performance)

Partial outage or degraded service. A workaround may exist, and production is typically not impacted.

Examples:

  • Staging environment outage
  • Failing backup job (non-critical data)
  • High CPU utilization alert without service crash

Response Time: within 2 business hours

Resolution Time Goal: within 2 calendar weeks ****or based on complexity and agreement.

 

High Priority (Critical Incident)

Complete outage, critical security issue, or risk of data loss. No viable workaround. Immediate action required.

Examples:

  • Production API or site not reachable
  • Database crash or corruption
  • Active security breach

Response Time: within 30 min (business hours)

Resolution Time Goal: Resolution time depends on the issue, but as soon as possible.
