Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative at Cloudvisor, you’ll connect with potential clients, spark interest in our AWS solutions, and qualify opportunities for the sales team. You’ll play a key role in building strong relationships with startups and setting them up for success, while helping drive Cloudvisor’s growth.
What You’ll Do
- Qualify the incoming leads through research and initial outreach to ensure they fit the ideal customer profile.
- Engage with potential leads through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to book meetings for the Sales team.
- Scrape and build data lists of potential contacts using tools like Apollo, PhantomBuster, etc.
- Set up and manage email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, as well as experiment with other new ideas to book calls. We strive to try new things until we find what works best!
- Accurately update and maintain lead information in the CRM system (HubSpot).
- Make informative LinkedIn posts regularly to boost engagement.
- Documenting new processes and testing out new strategies and tools.
- Research and stay up to date about industry trends and knowledge to integrate into campaigns.
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Partnership teams to optimize processes and report on key results. At Cloudvisor, we know there’s always room to make things better; and as you get familiar with our process, we’re excited to hear your ideas and see what you bring to the table! 😎

Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience in Sales, Customer Success or a related field;
- Excellent written communication skills: This role is all about educating potential customers on what we offer, building trust, and guiding them a few steps closer to converting. If you love sharing ideas and helping people understand value, you’ll fit right in! 😎;
- Excellent English communication skills (oral and written) since English is our primary language of communication;
- Result-driven, self-starter who is ready to take responsibility, try new things, and experiment, but also who values teamwork and acts as a true team player when the situation requires it;
- Creative copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging outbound messaging;
- Experience with sales and outreach tools such as Apollo, Ulinc, Hubspot, SalesNavigator, PhantomBuster etc is a plus;
- You are a fast learner and result-driven person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, always ready to go the extra mile.;
- Basic understanding of cloud computing.
- Skilled in performing preliminary research such as discovering company tech-stacks;
