Right now, we’re looking for AWS Solutions Architect (Principal Engineer) to join our team and help us grow at an even greater speed! What Will You Do:
You will work a lot at the customer interface: creating and analyzing requirements, designing concepts, and turning them into solutions that create customer value.
Based on your profile, Your main tasks will be related to the following:
Pre-Sales Collaboration:
- Engage with customers to understand technical requirements.
- Analyze current infrastructure and design future solutions on AWS, following best practices.
Project Scope Definition:
- Scope projects, and define high-level and low-level tasks.
- Estimate project scope of work and individual tasks.
Well-Architected Framework:
- Lead review meetings with StartUps, analyzing infrastructures.
- Initiate necessary improvements and changes, creating remediation lists for identified gaps or issues.
Design and Code Creation:
- Utilize tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK, or similar.
- Develop and code solutions for optimal cloud architecture.
CI/CD Pipeline:
- Establish a strategy for CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to create pipelines from scratch,and prepare and merge code.
- Proficient understanding of CI/CD concepts for effective application to unique environments.
Deployment Strategy:
- Create a strategy for smooth deployment to operations.
- Use tools for managing, coordinating, scheduling, and automating product releases into production.
Mentorship and Collaboration:
- Mentor team members and share knowledge.
- Assist teammates in overcoming obstacles, resolving blockers, and completing tasks.
What We Expect You to Have:
- You have in-depth knowledge of AWS Services (AWS Solutions Architect Pro certificate would be considered as an advantage);
- You have a good understanding of configuration management tools;
- You have experience with version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket, Jenkins, etc.) and deploying applications on AWS;
- You have hands-on experience in containerization e.g., Docker, EKS, ECS;
- You have hands-on experience in Infrastructure as a Code (Terraform, CDK, etc.);
- You are creative in finding solutions to complex problems and driving positive customer outcomes;
- You can handle typical project implementations independently;
- You are an innovative and creative problem solver with a can-do attitude;
- You have good English language skills (our primary language of communication) and good communication skills.
