You will:

  • Take care of our beloved customers

We all know that sometimes dealing with customers is hard. But not in this case 🀩 We can assure you, our customers are the best. We know the formula for how to get top-class customers that are easy to deal with. It also might be related to the services we provide and our no-bullshit attitude, who knows.

  • Onboard new customers

New customers are joining our family every day and naturally, we need to make sure they feel at home – tea, cookies, slippers – you got the idea πŸ€—

  • Provide top-notch consulting and answer questions. Fast.

We help our customers succeed by utilizing AWS cloud and our services. So we consult on AWS service usage, cost optimization, well-architected methodologies, best practices, and other topics. And we do it fast – 95% of our customers are startups, so we all understand the value of time.

  • Build trust and transparency

For us to succeed, first of all, our customers need to succeed and that is possible only when the cooperation is based on trust and transparency. How will you be building trust? By being honest, reliable, customer-oriented, caring, and professional. Simple as that.

.What We Expect You to Have:

  • At least 4 years of experience in any customer-centric position (customer care, key account management, project management, sales, consultant, or similar). B2B preferred.
  • IT background and mindset (you’ll discuss various topics with CTOs and IT engineers daily).
  • Very good (English) communication skills (you’ll discuss various topics with non-technical people too).
  • Good practical knowledge or hands-on experience with AWS services will be considered a huge plus.
  • But the most important thing is your soft skills, and willingness to learn and move forward! πŸ“ˆ
