The goal of the Head of Partnerships is to lead the team of Partnerships Managers who actively build relationships with our core partner AWS and make sure the partnership develops successfully in a mutually beneficial manner and ensures growing business for both parties.

You will:

  • Supervise and lead your team to achieve set goals.
  • Lead strategic conversations with our key partner AWS and beyond.
  • Translate organizational strategies into team-specific plans.
  • Motivate and support team members daily.
  • Identify and address training and development needs.
  • Participate in hiring and organize onboarding.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and with other managers.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance.
  • Manage resources efficiently, including budget and staffing.
  • Tackle operational challenges with effective solutions.
  • Lead change initiatives and guide the team through organizational changes. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

What We Expect You to Have:

  • 3+ years of experience leading the team within the area of partnerships, sales, or account management in the B2B market (startup environment is a plus).
  • Go-getter attitude and strong strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to read and analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills via various formats.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Ability to take full ownership of the area and the results it delivers.
