As an Operations Assistant, you will be the backbone of day-to-day operations and HR, supporting our team in various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of our company. You will:

  • Participate in the recruitment process by conducting interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and aiding in the onboarding of new hires.
  • Undertake daily administrative activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the operations team;
  • Support with financial tasks: Processing invoices and support in reporting;
  • Engage in continuous process improvement and operational efficiency;
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and other internal teams;
  • Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information;
  • Manage benefits and the database for employees (PTO and allowances).

What We Expect You to Have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or a related field. If your experience is slightly less, don’t fret. We value a proactive mindset, potential for growth, and key personality traits over an extensive work history. ⭐
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Excellent written communication skills. ✍️
  • Excellent English communication skills – oral and written (our primary language of communication).
  • As a person, you’ve got enthusiasm, and you are eager to learn; you are outcome and results-driven and willing to grow and achieve new heights! ⛰️
  • Nice to Have: Experience with successful recruitment campaigns, showcasing your ability to attract and integrate top talent aligned with organizational goals. 🎯
