Operations Assistant

As an Operations Assistant, you will be the backbone of our day-to-day efficiency, driving the administrative engine that helps our remote startup scale on AWS.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute with ad-hoc tasks as required by different teams across the company.
  • Keep our systems up-to-date by maintaining accuracy in spreadsheets, CRM tools, databases, and inventories.
  • Undertake daily administrative activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the support team and other teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support cross-functional needs and projects.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience with administrative tasks in any team (marketing, sales, ops, customer success, etc.). If you have less time, don’t worry; we believe mindset, potential, and personality traits are more important than work experience. ⭐
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Excellent written communication skills. ✍️
  • Excellent English communication skills - oral and written (our primary language of communication).
  • Great interpersonal and soft skills – being proactive, resourceful, and willing to ask questions.
  • A growth mindset – you’re eager to learn, improve, and support the team wherever needed. ⛰️
