Operations Assistant

Oh, and we’re a fully remote company. 💪 Right now, we’re looking for a Operations Assistant to join our team and help us grow even faster! Curious?
You will be the backbone of day-to-day operations, supporting our team in various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of our company. Your contribution will be key to maintaining an efficient and productive work environment, and you will have the chance to collaborate closely with different departments, gaining valuable experience in multiple facets of our company. You will:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and supporting the onboarding of new hires;
- Undertake daily administrative activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the operations team;
- Support with financial tasks: Processing invoices and support in reporting;
- Engage in continuous process improvement and operational efficiency;
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and other internal teams;
- Support with content creation for different social media platforms;
- Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information;
- Manage benefits and the database for employees (PTO and allowances).
Our operations and people specialists will support the process so you can succeed! For now, we’re doing just fine. Yet, we know – with you we will do better.
What We Expect You to Have:
- At least 1-year of experience in marketing, sales, or customer success. If you have less time, don’t worry. We believe that mindset, potential, and personality traits are more important than work experience. ⭐
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Excellent written communication skills. ✍️
- Excellent English communication skills – oral and written (our primary language of communication).
- As a person, you’ve got enthusiasm, you are eager to learn, you are outcome and results-driven, and willing to grow and achieve new heights! ⛰️
