Sales Development Representative

Right now, we’re looking for a Research & Development SDR to join our team and help us grow at an even greater speed! As an SDR at our company, you won’t just generate leads. You’ll architect entire outbound campaigns, test ideas, and help us grow into new verticals. You’ll work closely with our R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams to build a scalable outbound engine.

Your mission will be to bring structure to chaos, assist with research and validation, and be a voice of the customer in all we do. You’ll collaborate across departments, document experiments, and help build business cases based on data and feedback.
You’ll be expected to:
- Set up and manage infrastructure for outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn).
- Build highly targeted prospect lists using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Snov.io, Clay, and web scraping methods.
- Craft and test creative outbound messaging that gets responses – email copy, subject lines, LinkedIn sequences.
- Launch and optimize outreach workflows via email automation and LinkedIn outreach tools (e.g. Lemlist, Instantly, Reply.io).
- Stay on top of outbound trends, tactics, and technologies to keep campaigns sharp and effective.
- Qualify the incoming leads through research and initial outreach to ensure they fit the ideal customer profile.
- Coordinate with Sales and R&D teams to validate messaging, gather feedback, and fine-tune campaigns.
- Manage leads and outreach data using major CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Support customer research for new verticals and experiments by executing interviews, surveys, or cold outreach.

What We Expect You to Have:
- 2+ years of outbound SDR experience, ideally at a tech company or SaaS environment.
- Experience setting up email and LinkedIn outbound campaigns from scratch, including domain warmups, inbox management, and sequencing.
- Proven skills in lead generation, enrichment, and qualification using modern tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, Snov, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Creative copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging outbound messaging.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices.
- Familiarity with major CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-starter with a test-measure-optimize mindset.
- Excellent English communication skills (oral and written) since English is our primary language of communication.
- Bonus: Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) or prior experience targeting cloud customers.
- Bonus: Experience working with SMBs or Mid-Market.
