Inbound Sales Manager

What You’ll Do

  • Use diverse communication methods to build and sustain client relationships, using strategic communication to showcase product benefits and overcome objections with relevant information;
  • Conduct sales calls with a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and customize solutions, leveraging negotiation skills to close deals and expand business, all while delivering compelling presentations;
  • Work closely with Cloudvisor’s Growth team, which will provide you with leads and all the necessary support.
  • Manage sales pipelines through diligent CRM updates, report on sales activity and progress, and aim to meet or exceed set sales targets and quotas, contributing to overall team and organizational growth.
  • Your number one goal will be to close as many deals as possible and bring revenue from new customers.

Growth Path (Bootcamp Approach):

This role is designed as a fast-track growth path into Engineering AWS Sales:

  • 0–3 months (Inbound phase): Learn fundamentals, handle inbound leads, and become AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
  • 3–6 months (Engineering Sales phase): Start handling more technical deals with AWS-driven solutions, and become AWS Certified AI Practitioner
  • Post 6 months: Progress into Engineering Sales, Partnerships, or Customer Success (Account Management) based on performance and strengths

Qualifications

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development arena within a startup environment;
  • Strong understanding of technologies and processes behind cloud computing, software development, and IT infrastructure in general;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Versatile in multiple communication methods;
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills;
  • Capable of conducting 4-5 effective sales presentations per day;
  • CRM proficiency.
