Yes. Switching billing is required to activate financial benefits under both Cloudvisor Core and Cloudvisor Complete. Without billing alignment, AWS discounts and savings cannot be applied to your account.
Switching billing means your AWS account joins an AWS Organization managed by Cloudvisor, and you receive your AWS invoices through Cloudvisor rather than directly from AWS. This does not change how your infrastructure operates.
The process is straightforward and typically takes only a few minutes. The root user of your AWS account will receive an email invitation from AWS to join Cloudvisor’s AWS Organization. After logging into the AWS console and accepting the invitation, your billing will be routed through Cloudvisor while everything else in your account continues running exactly as before.
No. Switching billing has no impact on your running workloads, availability, performance, or security. It is strictly a billing-level change and does not modify or interrupt your infrastructure in any way.
Cloudvisor Complete offers expert AWS DevOps support at a fraction of the cost of hiring a full in-house team. We provide AWS-certified professionals, automated monitoring, and continuous infrastructure improvements without the overhead of managing an internal team.
We deploy Grafana-based dashboards, AWS-native monitoring tools, and conformance packs to track security, performance, and cost optimization. Alerts are shared in a dedicated Slack channel, and our engineers continuously analyze data for improvements.

Yes. Cloudvisor can support, optimize, and manage your AWS environment depending on your chosen activation level. You stay in control of how involved Cloudvisor is, and services can scale as your needs evolve.
AWS allows an account to belong to only one Organization at a time. If your account is already part of an AWS Organization, you will need to leave that Organization before joining Cloudvisor’s. The process is simple and usually takes between five and fifteen minutes. Our team is happy to walk you through it to save time and avoid any confusion.
Security and confidentiality are core to Cloudvisor Complete. Access to your environment is only granted with your explicit approval and follows least-privilege best practices. Cloudvisor can also sign a mutual NDA to ensure your business, technical, and financial information remains fully protected.
All infrastructure and services continue to be provided by Amazon Web Services. Cloudvisor acts as a partner that helps unlock value and, if desired, manage and optimize your environment.
No. You always retain full ownership and control of your AWS account. You can leave Cloudvisor’s billing organization at any time and return to direct AWS billing without disruption.
