AWS Hands-On: Leveraging AWS Secrets Manager With CI/Ansible

Managing the secrets needed to access your applications, services, and IT resources is a complex and at the same time highly important task. This workshop is intended to demonstrate how this task should be handled according to AWS best practices. To achieve that we are going to go through the implementation and usage of AWS Secret manager with ansible, and how it can be used in CI in general to remove the need for storing secrets locally.

The workshop will is delivered by Klāvs Dzelzs-Vaivars, Head of Infrastructure at Nordigen.

This is a hands-on-keyboard workshop for DevOps, SREs, Software Engineers, Developers, and everyone else interested in AWS services or using it every day. Workshop level: 200 (Intermediate).
