1st Screening Interview
This is an initial meeting with our HR representative to assess alignment and share insights about the role and company.
Test Task
A technical assignment designed to evaluate role-specific skills and motivation – not all positions will include this step.
Interview with Hiring Manager
An opportunity to connect directly with the team lead, discuss your experience, and explore mutual expectations in detail.
Decision
Recruitment is not about good or bad matches – this stage ensures clarity on whether we pursue a shared path at this time.
